## 1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using EasilyGeo ("Service"), operated by Foreclose AI Pvt Ltd ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
## 2. Description of Service
EasilyGeo is a Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) platform that helps brands track and improve their visibility across AI-powered search engines and large language models, including but not limited to ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google Gemini. The Service includes AI visibility scoring, brand ranking analysis, competitor tracking, and optimization recommendations.
## 3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
## 4. Account Registration
To access the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information, including your name, email address, and company details. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
## 5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
- Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Service beyond the features we provide
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure or other users' access
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
- Use the Service to harm, harass, or infringe upon the rights of others

- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent brand or competitor information
## 6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, algorithms, and data compilations — are owned by Foreclose AI Pvt Ltd and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.
The data, reports, and visibility scores generated by the Service for your account are provided for your use. However, the underlying algorithms, methodologies, and proprietary processes used to generate these outputs remain our intellectual property.
## 7. Payment Terms
Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. Payments are processed through Razorpay. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:
- Pay all fees associated with your chosen plan
- Provide accurate and complete billing information
- Authorize us to charge your selected payment method for recurring fees
All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, which will be added at checkout.
## 8. Refund Policy
Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If you are unsatisfied with the Service, contact us at support@easilygeo.com within 7 days of your payment. We reserve the right to approve or deny refund requests at our discretion.
## 9. Free Tier and Trials
We may offer free tiers or trial periods at our discretion. We reserve the right to modify, limit, or discontinue free access at any time without prior notice. Free tier usage is subject to the same terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.
## 10. Data and AI Outputs
The Service generates AI visibility scores, rankings, and recommendations based on queries run against third-party AI platforms. These outputs are informational and provided "as is." We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any AI-generated data. AI platform responses may change at any time, and historical rankings may fluctuate without notice.
## 11. Third-Party Services
The Service interacts with third-party AI platforms (such as OpenAI, Google, Perplexity AI, and others) to generate visibility data. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of these third-party platforms. Changes to third-party APIs, terms, or functionality may impact the Service.
## 12. Service Availability
We strive to maintain continuous availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may perform scheduled or emergency maintenance that temporarily affects access. We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or service interruptions.
## 13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Foreclose AI Pvt Ltd and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
## 14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Foreclose AI Pvt Ltd, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
## 15. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@easilygeo.com. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, and Indemnification) shall survive.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification.
## 17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
